I have finally decided on a major.

-Property Manager
-Real Estate Agent
-Certified Financial Planner
-Claims Processor
-Consumer Advocate
-Consumer Journalist
-Credit Counselor
-Financial Advisor
-Insurance Agent
-Marketing/Product Development Consultant

The one I'm going for: Insurance Agent (My dad does this)

Which is one reason I chose this major. Along with::
*Dad says there's an insurance company that hands out internships like candy (lol) so I'm guaranteed to find one.
*I can graduate in Dec '10.
*When I graduate, I'm guaranteed a job - at dad's, and he can teach me everything I need to know. (He's thinking of retiring once they get Autumn through college- which is in five years) .... I'm excited to continue my dad's business.
*The income I'll make is good. (basically 5 times what I can make in my current major)
*I get to live in my home town and stay close to my family.

To me.. its a good career move. and if I don't want to stay in my home town forever, or if I don't want to continue to run Miller- Vogel after my dad retires, insurance is a job I can have anywhere in the U.S.

So here I go... once and for all.
Major decided.
NO MORE CHANGING! lol
